We are based in Plymouth and directly employ several qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) who work from our offices to produce the EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) which are required within the Home Information Packs (HIPs). We also manage a number of independent DEAs and Home Inspectors (HIs) throughout the area. These skilled professionals also provide the EPCs and HCRs (Home Condition Reports) which can be added to the HIP and improve the prospect of a sale.

Structural Surveys, Home Buyer Reports and Specialist Surveys

Until such time as all Home Information Packs contain HCRs as well as EPCs, many home buyers will find that they need to commission specialist reports, either to give them confidence that the property they plan to purchase is in an acceptable condition or because their mortgage lender insists on it.
