We can also provide Home Condition Reports (HCRs) which will add value to the HIP and improve the likelihood of a quick sale. Because Aureus Property Services has its own in-house highly skilled, professional Home Inspectors (HIs) and Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and access to a cadre of self-employed HIs and DEAs, we are ideally placed to meet the demand for these services.
