We employ and manage qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and Home Inspectors (HIs) throughout Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset.
Our highly skilled professionals produce Home Condition Reports (HCRs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for inclusion in a Home Information Pack (HIP).
We can deliver Energy Performance Certificates and Reports to the HIP Provider for inclusion in your Pack or directly to you if you have not yet instructed a Provider. We aim to deliver EPCs or HCRs within three working days of receiving an instruction. Quotes on EPCs, HCRs and HIPs are free!

Home Owners

If you are moving house, how will the Home Information Pack regulations impact you? Do you wish to include a Home Condition Report within the Pack? The Condition Report is especially useful if your property is in very good condition.
