Property Landlords - Managing Portfolios
Owners of rental properties (Buy to Lets) will be required to attach copies of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to each Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (STA) by October 2008. Portfolio landlords will benefit by planning to obtain their EPCs over the period leading up to this deadline. They will therefore be able to spread the cost over the period rather than be faced with a single larger bill.
If you are selling, you will be subject to the same rules on the Home Information Pack (HIP) as Home-Owners, however, you can check our Check List to see if you need a HIP.
If you would like a quotation for a single EPC, please click here.
If you would like a quotation for more than one EPC, please use our property portfolio quote page and we will respond to you by e-mail.
Following receipt of an instruction to carry out an Inspection on your property and, having agreed with you the date and time of the appointment, we will mail you a letter confirming the appointment and advising you of the appointed Inspector or Assessor. We recommend that you check the credentials of the Inspector/Assessor against the information we will send you.
