With effect 1st August 2007, all residential properties with at least 4-bedrooms being sold within England and Wales are required to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) before they can be marketed. 3-bedroom properties will require the Packs from 10th September, 2007 and the dates when smaller properties will need to have the Packs will be announced shortly. Aureus Property Services provides the essential link to all the professionals whose services are required to produce the HIP for you.

Aureus Property Services provides property professionals with the Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) which they will require in order to prepare Home Information Packs (HIPs). We can also provide Home Condition Reports (HCRs) which will add value to the HIP and improve the likelihood of a quick sale. Because Aureus Property Services has its own in-house highly skilled, professional Home Inspectors (HIs) and Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and access to a cadre of self-employed HIs and DEAs, we are ideally placed to meet the demand for these services.
We can also prepare a branded HIP for those professional firms that do not wish to create the HIP, themselves.
